At the same time, due to the country’s cancellation of welfare housing and other unfavorable factors, the development of intercom in the civilian market is rather slow, but it does not deny its potential in the civilian market. It's still huge.


2. The purchaser is not a user, and the user is not a purchaser

Due to the entrance attributes and intelligent functions of the building intercom system, it is mainly aimed at networked communities. Investors and builders in major cities, that is, the target customer groups of the intercom are real estate developers, engineering companies, etc. The characteristics of the building intercom system that the purchaser is not a user, and the user is not a purchaser are also determined by the attributes of the product itself. Although the civilian market has great potential, the main channels are still real estate developers and construction companies.
